When we created the Embodying NVC Consciousness Training, we designed it with you in mind, picturing you as someone wanting to live with NVC awareness in your everyday professional interactions, and/or someone wanting to embody and share NVC with others.

This retreat supports you to look after your own needs and nurture yourself, whilst making a sustainable and thriving living by contributing to the world. It will also give you very practical support around the ‘how to’ details.

You are invited to join us at NVC in your Workplace and Profession – the 2nd Embodying NVC Consciousness Training (ENCT) Retreat, October 11-16.

At this retreat you will:

• Gain knowledge and inner clarity for establishing and managing your time and energy in the business of sharing NVC, or embodying NVC in your business/ career.

• Clear resistances, both inner and outer, to making your contribution in the wider world.

• Discover ways to navigate the many concepts often associated with fulfilling a role eg. duty, responsibility, professionalism – whilst valuing connection, choice and honesty.

• Explore “power with” vs “power over” systems within organisations and structures and how to work with them.

• Connect deeply to the contribution you wish to make and the practicalities of delivering this.
